Hailing from Aberdeen, Nirvana's fountainhead, The Sweeteners grew their roots going to the same shows and playing in the same punk scene back in the day. Branching out since combining influences from 60's garage rock and grunge to forge "skanky rock 'n' roll."
The Sweeteners rocked the Evergreen State during a 2014 mini-tour and melted faces on a 2013 west coast tour.
The Road to Warped Tour 2014 featured The Sweeteners on the main stage along with 3OH!3, All Time Low, Falling In Reverse, Less Than Jake, The Devil Wears Prada & Yellowcard. They shared the stage with Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Smashmouth, and Motion City Soundtrack. They also turned up the rock quotient at Salmonstock, Alaska's premier music festival with Brandi Carlile, Trampled by Turtles and other national acts.
